With the view of extending Nature cure treatments to the other areas and to meet the requirements of all the common people, the hospital was inaugurated. Initially it started with 60 beds and within six months as the pressure of the achievers (beneficiaries) increased, honorary president suggested to expand the hospital with a provision of 250 bed facility. Presently the hospital is well equipped with 250 beds and can avail all kinds of modern facilities here. The hospital is 435 km away from Bangalore, 70 km from Mangalore, 10 km from Udupi, 5 km from Manipal and 98 km from Dharmasthala. The route to reach here is comfortable with Air, Railway and by Road. The hospital is located near the Srinivasa Prasanna Someshwara Temple managed by Karnataka Rajyotsava Awardee Shantivana Trust ® Srikshetra Dharamasthala.
