
My diet consists of fruit, vegetables, juices, water, grains, and sweets) I don’t eat meat or eggs, and hardly any dairy. It hasn’t always been like that) It was a gradual change. My body was changing, my mind was changing, and some foods were no longer making me feel good, and I developed a special taste in others. I love to start my day with fruit and a cup of coffee. And stop eating at least 4 hours before I go to sleep. Also, 2 hours before bed I stop drinking any liquid. This helps wake up looking fresh and rested.
